Submissions requested by Ryanair
Ryanair requires prospective cabin crew and pilots to submit certain documents issued less than six months ago. These include a criminal record certificate and a certificate of pending charges.
Depending on the type of course or its location, references, medical certificates, and academic certificates may also be required.

Since 2017, Ryanair has decentralized documentation management to the candidates' respective destination bases. Therefore, the type of documentation required by the airline depends on the assigned destination base.
Specifically
- For documents destined for Italy, Ireland, Belgium, France, Denmark, Germany, and Latvia, a certified translation is sufficient;
- For documents destined for the rest of Europe, an apostille is also required on the original and the certified translation.
- For documents requested by CREWLINK, a certified translation is usually sufficient, unless otherwise specified.
