Since 2017, Ryanair has decentralised the management of documentation to the respective destination bases of the candidates. Therefore, the type of documentation required by the company depends on the assigned destination base.

- For documents intended for Italy, Ireland, Belgium, France, Denmark, Germany and Latvia, a sworn translation is sufficient;
- For documents intended for the rest of Europe, an Apostille is also required on the original and the sworn translation.
- For documents requested by CREWLINK, a certified translation is usually sufficient, unless specific instructions are received.
